I utilize a variety of techniques, including somatic therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Polyvagal Theory, and brainspotting, all tailored to fit your unique needs and journey. I believe in the power of adaptability in therapy and value your feedback immensely. It helps me tailor our sessions to what works best for you. My love for the outdoors and activities like hiking and yoga is also a part of my therapy approach, including options like walk and talk therapy.

I have a strong background in psychology. I earned my undergrad in psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, plus a post-master's certificate in Traumatic Studies. All this means is that I know how to help you.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, a trained Yoga Teacher, and a Reiki Master. With more than ten years of experience in therapy and a dedication to keep learning, I am well-prepared to offer you the best support and advice.

Self-pay rate is $150 per 55-minute session.
