Yoga for trauma is a unique blend of mental health science and yoga's healing power. This holistic approach is designed to nurture your mind and body, offering a personalized path to recover and thrive in your life.
Trauma is stored within our bodies, providing ongoing reminders of traumatic experiences. This can manifest as physical pain, chronic illness, fatigue, muscle tension, restlessness, and disconnection with the body. Trauma informed yoga provides a safe and supported environment to increase a sense of safety and connection within the body and release physical traumatic responses. Your trauma informed yoga experience will have a focus on body autonomy and include a combination of grounding exercises, yoga poses, guided meditation, and breathwork.
Together, we'll deepen your connection with your body, helping you become more aware and present.

Group: Groups are eight weeks long and are closed groups, meaning that no new participants will be able to join the group once the group begins. This allows for participants to experience growth, connection, and safety together.
